Once a warp is dressed for a custom cloth, the order cannot be cancelled; you may pause once before dyeing begins if yarn is still unused.

Studio visits require a confirmed appointment. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled.

Weaving flaws spotted within nine days of handoff can be rewoven or refunded by yardage; dye shifts from sunlight after hanging fall outside studio liability.
